Service and Warranty

  • The repairs that come under warranty period shall be undertaken by the company authorized personnel only.
  • In case there are any damages to the product or misuse has been detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions that a customer may claim are not applicable. Any repairs that are required will be subject to availability of the parts needed and will be charged as per actuals.
  • Cleaning of parts. dust accumulation, not having read/ understood the instruction manual, not having installed software or purchase of wrong software are not considered as defects as it may have been discussed with the registered service centre or helpline. Trikart Kuwait does not take any responsibility for the software purchased by the customer.
  • The repairs that come under the warranty period shall be carried out only on "Carry In" basis. The customer has to bring the product to the service centre to which it is registered for service. The warranty does not include any transportation cost as incurred to take the  product to the service centre from the place of installation.

THE WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • If the product is not purchased from Trikart Kuwait.
  • If the product at Trikart Kuwait is not used as per the instruction manual, and the same is confirmed by authorised service centre/ company personnel.
  • If the company personnel or authorised service centre claim that the defect is due to improper usage of the product.
  • The warranty shall not hold good under certain circumstances like waterlogging, misuse etc.
  • If there has been any modification or alteration that is done to the circuit by the purchaser or unauthorised personnel as determined by the authorised service centre or company personnel.
  • If the environment or the premises where the product is placed is unsuitable and unfit as recommended for the operation of the machine/ product.
  • If the original details of the product like the original serial number is removed, altered or obliterated.
  • If the defect has been caused by conditions beyond control like abnormal voltage, lightning, acts of God or if defects have occurred during transit from the purchaser's venue to the service centre.
  • If the defects are caused due to household pets or pests like rats, cockroaches or any insects or animals.
  • Trikart Kuwait is not under any circumstances liable for losses incurred directly or indirectly under the following situations:
  1. When a third party claims on behalf of a customer for the damage or loss incurred.
  2. Loss or damage to records, data or information.
  3. We request the customer to take a backup of their data before giving the product for service or repair.
  4. During the process of repair or service, hard disk content can be destroyed and the customer will not be notified in advance. Trikart Kuwait is not liable for this loss of data, records or programs.
  • The warranty does not cover any third party softwares, content, settings, links or data, irrespective of the fact that it was downloaded or included in the product.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear like wear and tear of batteries, display, camera lens etc.
  • The warranty does not include defects that may have happened due to the usage with incorrect or contaminated accessories, software or product. If the product is used with accessories, softwares or services that are not for the intended use, the defect does not come under warranty. The defects caused by virus, unauthorised access, hacking, password mining third party softwares or through other means of intrusion cannot be claimed under warranty.
  • If the battery has been short-circuited or if the seals of the battery are broken or battery enclosures show tampering, or if the battery has been used in a different equipment other than its initial intended use, the warranty does not cover the defects caused.
