We at Trikart Kuwait are dedicated to offering you a shopping experience that leaves you happy and satisfied. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange a product or want a refund, we are here to help you in every way possible.

Here is everything you need to know about shopping with Trikart Kuwait.

Trikart’s Refund Policy

  • Any products that are received as faulty or damaged, the refund for the same will be provided within 7 days provided the product is found to be faulty by expert examination (please see electrical returns for more). The said product must be returned with all the packaging intact along with all the manuals, accessories and parts. If any parts are found to be missing, the refund will not be processed.
  • After the 7 day period, the refund will be based on the warranty as provided by the manufacturer’s of the product. Our team will be happy to assist you with more information about the manufacturer’s terms & conditions as applicable.
  • If the purchase date has passed the initial period of refund and has crossed the warranty period as provided by the manufacturer, then no refund or exchange will be encouraged.

Reverse pick up of products

If you have chosen your home or office address to receive the product, in case of return or exchange, the product will be picked from the same address. You can initiate the return, exchange or refund process or reach our customer care for assistance. Please ensure that the original packaging, contents and outer packaging is retained as it was received in.
Trikart Kuwait will not be processing any refunds, returns or exchanges through the website. Kindly get in touch with our customer care team to initiate the same.

How can I replace a product

If you have received a faulty or damaged product and wish to replace the same product with a
similar piece, kindly get in touch with the customer care team who will be able to assist you keeping
in mind the terms & conditions for the replacement of damaged or faulty products.

Return of electrical products

The following products cannot be accepted unless found defective within 7 days or purchase:

You can reach our customer care to initiate a refund or return and incase of refund, the amount will
be refunded to you in the same mode of payment as you have used to initially make the purchase.

Charges on your refund

  • Any additional charges, delivery charges or transaction charges as incurred will be charged once the product has been shipped to you and you seek a refund post receiving the product.
  • If you are returning the entire order, then the delivery amount will also be refunded in its entirety. In case you are returning a part of the order, and retaining a part of it, equivalent delivery charges will be returned based on the product that is being returned and the quantum that is retained.
  • If the refund is initiated by you after 7 days of receiving the product, the delivery charges will be forfeited and further charges for reverse pickup may be applicable.

More on your refund

  • The refund will be made to you through the same mode of payment as you have chosen for the initial payment. The refund may be reflected in the next billing cycle once the returned product is verified by concerned experts at Trikart Kuwait.
  • You will have to return any free or promotional products as you may have received along with the said product.
  • If the product return or refund does not comply with our policy, we, at Trikart Kuwait reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or even deny the request for return or refund.
